Adila Butt - From graduating with a HR degree and developing all the way to Senior HRBP
The guest for today is Adila Butt who works as a Senior HR Business Partner.
Adila is probably the profile you would be after is you were looking for the most orthodox HR CV. She is unique to most in that she didn’t stumble into HR like many but found her interest in it whilst at Sixth Form. She went on to study Human Resource Management at uni and also did a placement year which she explains was so beneficial.
Adila has worked across different sectors and industries, and worked for small organisations and big corporates along the way. It was fascinating to hear how she has benefited from having good mentors all through her career but how she has always stretched herself outside her comfort zone in order to develop.
